My wife, Annie, joins me in extending condolences and sympathy to the family of Honorable Elton Morris, who was blessed with a full and long life. Best wishes to family and friends as they celebrate his life. We are especially grateful for the opportunity to have his son, Lester, as a friend and neighbor.
