I am so shocked to hear of the passing of Kathleen. She worked for me for 28 years never missed a week. She was a devoted friend to my family. May her family be blessed.

The text (2 Corinthians 5:8) tells us to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Take sincere comfort in knowing that God makes no mistakes.
With deepest sympathy, may you feel God's comforting presence during this time of sorrow.

Granny - I am going to miss you a lot. I could always tell her cooking and always knew her voice when she was singing without looking up. I use to tell Mom when we was in Church that's Granny singing. I would smile and start singing along if I knew the song. Then afterwards, I would go up to her and say Granny I heard you singing and she would say "O yea" with a smile, hug and kiss.
I can remember the times I use to stay with her, Ms. Brooks and Vanessa after school. A lot of times I would just get off the bus without even telling Mom. Granny never told me I couldn't stay. I already had clothes there anyways.
Granny you are deeply missed but NEVER forgotten. This hurts me to my CORE.
Love Always,
Lisa
