Obituary of Calvin Junior Nash

Calvin Junior Nash, a son of the late Daniel Webster Nash and Mattie Trent Nash, was born February 23, 1950, in Cumberland County, VA. At an early age he moved to Riverhead, NY where he attended school. After school he went to the Job Corp. Later he went into the United States Navy from which he was honorably discharged in 1971. After returning from service he was married and from the union two sons was born. In 2004 Calvin returned to Virginia where he resided with his devoted friends, Linda Francis and George Wilson in Rice, VA. He was then employed as a truck driver with Superior Walls in Amelia County, Virginia until his death. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Daniel and Eldridge. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Kevin (Chandra) and Kenyon Nash; 2 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 4 brothers, John, Robert, William, and Roosevelt (Kathy) Nash; three sisters, Martha James, Mary Lou James, and Deloris Bailey (John); 1 uncle, Floyd Trent; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; one devoted friend and schoolmate Linda Francis and friend George Wilson.
