Remembering Priscilla Ann Garrant

Priscilla Ann Garrant was born December 10, 1965, to Jesse Garrant, Jr. and Linda Mae Morris in Richmond, VA.

Priscilla dedicated thirty-seven years of service to Goochland County Public Schools, where her infectious wit, humor, and big-heartedness touched the lives of countless students, teachers, administrators, and staff.

Overall, she was everything positive this world needs. She brought unlimited joy to our lives with her beautiful spirit and genuine character.

She is survived by her father, Jesse Garrant, Jr.; brothers, Jesse Garrant, III (Marian), James A. Garrant, Anthony G. Garrant, Nathan G. Garrant, Michael J. Garrant; sisters, Tyla N. Maldonado, Laura L. Garrant, Akena M. Garrant, as well as nieces and nephews, Chyna Forest, Raheem Wilson, Mark and Keisha Maldonado, Justin Grant, Kashyra and Jakiy Garrant.

Priscilla entered eternal peace on October 23, 2024. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Mae Garrant and brother, Charles Morris, who are surely welcoming her with open arms.

Priscilla’s beautiful spirit will be deeply missed but will forever shine bright in our memories. Her legacy of love, laughter, and service will remain - NEVER FORGOTTEN.

A Limb Has Fallen

A limb has fallen from the family tree,

That says grieve not for me,

Remember the best times,

The laughter, the song,

The good life I lived while I was strong.
