Mr. Ernest Boatwright was born in Buckingham, Virginia on July 2, 1930, to Andy and Kish Woodson Boatwright.

At an early age he was baptize and joined Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

Ernest was educated in Bon Brook Public School in Cumberland, Virginia.

He departed this earthly life on Thursday, December 30, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

Ernest loved his family and lived a peaceful life surrounded by his nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, family, and friends.

Our Uncle in Heaven

Although you sleep in Heaven now

You're not that far away
