James Franklin Reed, a son of the late Rose Reed was born March 16, 1954 in Goochland, Virginia.
He attended the public schools in Goochland, Virginia.
James was converted, baptized, and joined the New Hope Baptist Church.
He was employed with Lakewood Manor Nursing Home in Richmond, Virginia for 18 years where he held various positions. James was a very hard worker.
He leaves to cherish his memories: one brother, Harry Reed; one aunt, Margaret Myles and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
