Obituary of Kassidy Emonee Sanderson

Kassidy Emonee Sanderson was born on July 2, 2020 to Shayvette Brice and Kwame Sanderson. On March 19, 2021 she traveled with the angels to rest in the arms of her heavenly father. Kassidy was loved so much and was just like an angel. We did not have enough time with her. She will be missed by her mother and father and all that knew her. She had a beautiful smile and loved to laugh and brought joy to everyone. Her favorite toys were an elephant her dad gave her as well as her baby hippo. Kassidy was learning to talk and enjoyed saying "dada, mama, pop-pop and nay-nay." Kassidy was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marie Sanderson; great-grandfather, James Brice; great-great grandparents, Sam and Helen Hill and cousin, Tahliek Taliaferro. Kassidy leaves to cherish loving memories: her parents, Shayvette Brice and Kwame Sanderson; two brothers, Keyminee Brice and Kwai-Mari King Sanderson; grandparents, Angela Clarke (Eldrige), Bruce Brice and Walter Brown; great-grandparents, Brenda Jones (Michael), Sallie Sanderson, Aaron Crump (Shelia), Joyce Brice and Herman Sims (Helen); two aunts; three uncles; six great-aunts; six great-uncles; three great-great aunts; two great-great uncles; and a host of cousins. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." - Matthew 18:14.
