Extending my condolences to the Bell family. Mrs. Bell was such a sweet and kind lady and I will always remember her gentle smile. She brightened many of my days at Powhatan High School and I have so many fond memories of her. May she Rest In Peace..

To the children of Aunt Ruth
We send you our deepest condolences for the passing of your lovely mother, Our dear Aunt Ruth. She will be greatly missed. Aunt Ruth held many roles in our lives as she was a friend a teacher and my favorite pen pal.
Aunt Ruth taught me how to crochet. She helped me create my first hat. I was so excited. Aunt Ruth had a joyful laugh that made you want to laugh right along even if it wasn't funny. she was always happy and positive throughout her aches and pains. We will continue to cherish her memories along with her laughter. When we would joke around she would say "aww Catie gone away from here you're so crazy " I would say in return I get it from my Aunt Referring to her.
When I decided to move to NC she said "Catie you know I was always joking when I said gone away from here child " since I moved, there has not been a holiday that we have not exchanged sending each other cards in the mail. We love you & thank you for all of the lessons you thought us.
Love,Catie & Erica James

Kiva and Taurus,
May your memories of Mrs. Ruth bring you comfort during this difficult time. Her written tribute was amazing. It sounds like heaven gained one innovative hardworking change agent who never met a stranger because she considered everyone a friend. I will keep you all in prayer and you continue to celebrate the life of your beloved.
