To my Godmother Mae: We are sorry for your loss. Remember her loving spirit will be with you always. Remember Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can't heal. Lord has called a wonderful woman home. I know she will be missed by all who knew her. God always call his Angels home, so rest in the Lord!
No matter how old we are, losing a mother is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. But her goodness, her caring and her wisdom live on, like a legacy of love that will always be with you.
With our deepest sympathy
We love you!!!!

Dear Mae,
It is with sorrow in my heart to hear of my buddies passing. Cousin Geraldine always lifted my spirits when I saw her, I could always count on her to tell stories of growing up with mom and uncle Ernest. She also would admonish me for going to the grave site alone, since it is back down in the woods.
I'll miss her more than you know. I pray your strength during this time. She and mom are together again! I love you.

I am your "Noodie" ... ALWAYS. You will be remembered as a strong woman who touched many lives. I have a lot of wonderful memories that make me smile as I think about my childhood and growing up in Cartersville. One memory is of you drawing. I was amazed at what you could do with just a pencil. You will be missed...you will be remembered and I am blessed to have had you as a part of my life.

We are thinking of you and the family with a heavy heart today. Yet, I have so many joyful memories; wonderful times spent with friends & family, summers with the cousins and playing in the front yard. I am so thankful to have been one of the many people Ms. Geraldine has touched with her spirit and awesome approach to life. I will always remember her sending me off to Colorado Springs to join the “service” with frank advice and words of encouragement. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
