Obituary of Willie Grant Anderson

Willie (Buddy) Grant Anderson departed this life on December 22, 2012 at the Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA. He was born March 19, J944 in Buckingham, VA to the late Willanna Anderson Stanton. He attended the public schools Of Buckingham County, VA. Willie confessed Christ and joined the Baptist Union Church at the age of 10. Buddy served honorably in the United States Army. Following his military service he was employed and worked for more than thirty years for the Holly Farms/Tyson Foods of Glen Allen; VA. Left to cherish his memory are his children; Willetta Anderson Riddle (Tony) of Cumberland, VA; Carey Anderson, Sr. of Norfolk, VA; Aranez LaVonne Williams of Goochland, VA, and Danitra S. Anderson of Bremo Bluff, VA; one brother, Michael M. Anderson of Charlottesville, VA; one aunt Celestine Turner (Clyde) of Dillwyn, VA; nine grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He also leaves to cherish his memory a devoted companion, Clara: Frazier.
