A HEART’S FAREWELL

My dearest love, the world feels dim, Since you’ve departed, life’s a hymn Sung with a missing, heavy note, A silent plea, a sorrowed quote.

We shared a love, a bond so deep, Through joys and sorrows, secrets we’d keep. Your laughter echoes, a cherished sound, In every corner, you can still be found.

Though death has claimed you, taken your hand, Our love remains, a promised land. I’ll carry your memory, a guiding light, And find solace in the fading night.

You were my anchor, my steady grace, A smile I long to see upon your face. But even now, your spirit’s near, Whispering comfort, drying every tear.

So, rest now, my love, your journey’s done, Our love’s a legacy, brightly spun. Until we meet again, I’ll hold you near, And cherish the love we held so dear.

Love, Sunshine
