On Wednesday October 7, 2015 the Lord Called our dear brother, Robert Edwin Nash home.
Robert was born February 19, 1937 In Cumberland County, Virginia to the late Daniel Webster Nash and Mattie Trent Nash. The majority of his life was spent in Cumberland, Except for a brief period when he lived and worked in Riverhead.
Robert was joined in wedlock to Miss Rebecca Booker in 1980. Robert was a loving and happy person. He will truly be missed by his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rebecca Nash; four brothers, Daniel, William, Eldridge and Calvin Nash; a sister, Mary Lou James.
He leaves to cherish fond memories two sisters, Martha James of Cumberland and Delores Bailey (John) of Alabama; two brothers, John Nash of Cumberland and Roosevelt Nash (Kathy) of Pennsylvania; one uncle, Floyd Trent; numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
